East City is a quiet town, with good neighbors. But, the place has nothing fun to do, except for the tournaments that take place at random in the city. The tournaments is one of the only reasons anyone stays around anymore. Unless your here to talk to Mustang or are participating in a tournament, this town has very little to offer.
