Part 1: Basics Rules of the Site

1.Respect

I understand that all of the members are human, right up from the Novices to the admins.I don't expect to be worshiped, nor be followed unquestioningly - if you have an opinion or a concern I want to hear it - but I take hours out of my leisure time just for you. Please respect this, and by doing so, respect us. You don't have to like or get along with me, but blatant disrespect or rudeness will not be tolerated. Conversations are likely to be saved for proof of disobedience to this rule.

It should also be noted that I will not able to be friendly to everyone; I may very well come off as cold or unfeeling. Please know that it is not my intention to belittle you, but there are not enough hours of the day for me to inquire your health and the health of your great-aunt Flo's. If you take all of my emails on a business-like level, I assure you that I sound much better.

2. Getting Along

I am aware that everyone has their own views and beliefs, but we still need to respect on another on that standing. If a disagreement breaks out because of the difference in views or other such things, it will be settled immediately, though I would prefer that none breaks out anyway.

I will not tolerate racisim, religion or gender prejudices, or stereotypical remarks on such thinks of race or even hair color; i.e. blondes are stupid. That kind of remark makes YOU look like a complete idiot.

3. Problems

Like the previous rule, if a problem breaks out, depending on the scale, there WILL be repercussions. From a warning, to banning, even to deletion of your account. Usually, I will stick it around a three-strike sort of thing. But if it's rather extreme and causes disruption with the whole board, then there will NOT be any strikes and your account will be deleted.

4. Harassing

This is a major thing with me. If there are ANY reports, whatsoever, of anyone harassing an admin, moderator, or fellow member in the wrong way, you will be banned for a consecutive period of seven days the first time and the next report will lead to deletion of your account.

5. Activity

If you join this site, I expect you to actually make a character and have that character participate in the rp. I know this might sound harsh, but after five days of joining, you MUST have a character profile up, otherwise your account will be deleted.

If there is valid reason for any absence or if you know you'll be absent for a period of over 5 days, make a notice in the Absence board to inform other members of the site and those you might be rping with.

6. Registering

Your account name will reflect on you. I would REALLY prefer not to see new members called 'flowergrrl3' or 'imsosexy'. You want to join as a character, make a character name not an idiotic name like those that says you have absolutely no creativity.

Part 2: Roleplay Rules

1a. Posting

I'm sure if you're here, you know at least the BASICS of roleplaying. If you know the basics, then you will know that one line posts add NOTHING to the story. This is why I will set a minimum of 4 lines per post. It gives the story more quality and a better backbone behind it.

Posting Deletion

• Posts that are not to the length the board required.
  
• Posts including atrocious spelling, grammar, or punctuation.
  
• Posts containing inappropriate images to our PG-13 rating that do not have a warning on the thread title.
  
• Posts with content that does not fit that board's subject/purpose.
  
• Posts containing offensive language, WoT derogatory terms excluded.
  
• Posts with plagiarized passages without given credit to said owner of passage.
  
• Posts including a misuse of another person's character.
  

1b. Posting

When you post, post in the third person please. Most rpers are used to the third person pov and it will make rping here a whole lot easier.

Example of an atrocious post:

I threw my weapon at him and sliced his head off.

Reasons why it is atrocious:

• What weapon?
  
• Who is 'I'
  
• Godmodding(not allowed)
  

Example of an excellent post:

Picking up her only unbroken sai, Azaelia flung it straight for his neck in hopes of bringing an end to that horrible man's life.

2. Death

Death IS allowed. But, it must be agreed to by said admin. When several other people are rping with your character, it destroys everything when he or she decides to shoot her/himself in the head.

If you wish to kill another person's character, as THEM and then ask the admin before doing anything. If they say no, you aren't allowed to godmod them dead AT ALL.

3. Ratings

I am aware that some people here are definitely more mature than others, that is why I will allow other such things, but not to extreme. It IS a necessity though for you to put a rating on the thread title if it gets above PG13.

Part 3: Characters

1. Mary Sues, Billy Joes- NOT ALLOWED

I will not tolerate Mary Sues in ANY way whatsoever. If I get wind that your character is indeed a Mary Sue, your character will be deleted and you will have three days to come up with a new character if you wish to stay on the site. It might sound harsh, but Mary Sues piss me off to no end. They hold no creativity except the fact that they are perfect. And NO ONE is perfect.

2. Prodigal Alchemists

They will be allowed, but there are exams and the youngest age to take the exam is 13. I don't want any 4 year olds coming up and thinking they'll become Alchemists out of nowhere.

3. Relations

There will not be any relations to any Canon Characters unless you have a decent and valid reason and history between your character and the canon character. If the canon character is being played by someone, you must also ask them if they would or would not mind being suddenly related to your character.
